Drawn for a friend's birthday present, kind of OMG I DON'T KNOW. The anatomy is so off. ;_; Really, I didn't even realize how jacked up it was until I flipped the picture around. Sorry. >_< -slaps self-

And I wrote a poem while waiting for my brother to fix the internet connection. ;_; Okay I suck at writing, but heck I was bored. 'kay


Robotic Puppetry

Wires winding in my soul
pitch black like the darkest coal.
I'm a puppet, nothing more,
with no spark left in my core.
metal coursing through my arm
I have lost my human charm,
and now I'm someone's tool, a slave.
Punished if I don't behave
accordingly, I have no choice.
I talk and yet I have no voice.
You wonder why I chose to be,
in this wretched state, you see.
I thought I could kill my flaws
by fleeing from those human laws.
And ripping out my memories
by crushing all those cries and pleas.
Riddling humanity,
lacking luminosity.
And now I'm this tenebrous slave
trapped in this dark cyber cave.
And now I'm this, I can't go back.
To bring the ethics I do lack.
I am just a simple toy,
with no heart and with no joy.
Despite the flaws of human beings
I'd rip out all these metal rings,
and wires, bolts, screws and such
I'd love it oh so very much,
if I could hold that pristine light
just one more time, and I'll take flight.
To leave this cave's aphotic breath,
Escape for me, is only death.
